Daphne Tako, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with over fourteen years of experience representing clients in Florida real estate transactions and litigation, including investors and private lenders, as well as some of the Nation’s top financial institutions. She has supervised teams of associates, drafted court pleadings and discovery, and attended hearings, trials, and civil mediations statewide. Since founding Biscayne Law Firm, P.A. in 2014, she served as General Counsel for a real estate investment group, where she managed a portfolio of foreclosure defense actions, negotiated global settlements, represented their interests in Quiet title, Eviction, Association, and Reforeclosure action, and drafted a variety of financial and corporate documents.
